ear infection seems to be improving, since bella is not tugging on her ears or trying to stick her fingers in them much now. however, her cough is very mucousy and her nasal congestion is so bad that she's having such a hard time nursing because she can't breathe...
... and to top it all off, she woke up this morning with a rash on her face. either it was something she ate, or she has developed a delayed hypersensitivity reaction to the amoxicillin. i really hope it's not from the amoxicillin because i really don't want her to have a pencillin allergy. we'll have to just wait and see what happens.
we put a fan in her room, and she LOVES it - she loves sticking her face directly into the path of the breeze and trying to ram her fingers into the grate. it's high entertainment.
